Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and report on key milestones that make up the various programs and projects that the division is delivering against.
• Business management-related functions supporting programs/projects – Budget & capacity planning.
• Responsible for all executive management reporting, and the preparation and delivery of all supporting collateral including but not limited to the full maintenance of the project/program in  Project Management Tool.
• Manage the risks and issues of the program and work with the teams to take corrective measurements.
• Interact with the PMO group to manage the main program documentation according to policies and procedures.
• Daily program management n and implementation of a robust Project governance (controls) structure for the Issuer Services technology group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• Strong experience in project management, which was gained through successfully managing large and complex projects.
• Experience leading projects through Agile/Iterative methodologies.
• Experience using JIRA to manage Sprints and project delivery.
• Experience working in a technology division of a large banking institution is desired.
• Scrum Master and PMP certifications are strongly desired
